The United States Naval Aviation is at the forefront of military aviation developments. The past decade has been significant for the continuous improvement in development and efficiency. The United States Naval Aviation had to deal with highlights including the 100th anniversary of the service in 2011 and various challenges such as a sequestration in 2013 and the resulting reduction in combat readiness.
